Youth Minister Position

Objective: Lead and grow the youth ministry for grades 7-12, fostering a culture of discipleship, evangelism, and lifelong friendships.

Qualifications:

• Experience in youth ministry
• Degree in youth ministry or related field
• Active member of non-instrumental Churches of Christ

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a purposeful youth program and strengthen parent/child relationships.
• Plan activities that encourage spiritual growth and community service.
• Teach a Bible-based curriculum and mentor youth for leadership roles.
• Foster communication with parents and engage with teens outside church.
